• Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout (e.g., Evri Next-Day, Evri Standard).

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight.

• Free UK standard delivery is available on orders over £50.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed, and we are not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Dispatch & Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email—and a tracking number if applicable—once your order leaves our studio.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship within the UK, including Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands. For international orders, please contact us before placing an order.

Delays & Lost Parcels

Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the chosen courier. We are not liable for delays outside our control. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us within 14 days so we can assist in filing a claim with the courier.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 7 days if any items are defective, damaged, or missing so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
