Refund Policy

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (“cooling-off period”).

To qualify for a refund, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used soaps, bath bombs, or body-care products.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued up to 14 days of receiving the returned goods and will be processed back to your original payment method.
